After a number of rugby injuries I hung up the boots and made the transition to field hockey and haven&#8217;t looked back since. I am an enthusiastic musician and enjoy playing anything with strings or composing on various software programmes. I am also partial to a good cup of tea, a book or a film.<\/p>\n<p>I gained a Master of Science in Spatial Planning with Sustainable Urban Design from the University of Dundee, Scotland. In a desperate attempt to avoid being pigeonholed, I undertook the most diverse range of planning work. I am a keen urbanist and placemaker, interested in promoting liveable urban environments, complimentary mixed-uses and active travel.
