Our principles: There are two principles that determine the work we do and where we do it.
.01
We need to be able to support the project or the desired outcome. While we are recognised problem solvers and pragmatists, for us to be effective, it is critical that we are able to defend a proposal under close scrutiny. We are not ‘yes people’. Rather, we will consider the project or desired outcome and offer what we consider to be robust advice in relation to it. That has seen us advise clients that a project needs to be substantially modified or that the risk of securing an unacceptable outcome is high.
.02
Where can we add the most value? We ask ourselves this with all projects. If we cannot add value, or if there are others that can add more, we recommend our clients approach them. Ultimately, we are committed to our clients getting the value that they need to achieve the outcomes they require. We put our clients’ interests ahead of our own.
